Bulk Orders – Terms & Policies
1. Made-to-Order Supply
All bulk products supplied by British VitaTech are manufactured to order through our production facility. Bulk items are not supplied from ready stock and are scheduled into production following order confirmation.
Bulk products supplied by British VitaTech are intended for further manufacturing, formulation, or professional use.
2. Production & Dispatch Times
Bulk orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days from order confirmation.
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on production scheduling and raw material availability. Customers are kindly asked to allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding dispatch updates.
If you require confirmation of dispatch timing prior to placing an order, you are welcome to contact us and our team will advise accordingly.
3. Shipping Policy
Bulk orders are shipped using DHL Next Day delivery services as standard.
If you require an alternative courier service, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
Standard shipping is £5.99 for consignments up to 30kg. Additional delivery charges may apply for heavier shipments where necessary. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the revised shipping cost.
4. Order Discrepancies
Any discrepancies relating to delivered goods must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.
Supporting information or images may be requested to assist with investigation.
5. Returns Policy
Bulk products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Returns received outside this period cannot be accepted due to the made-to-order nature of bulk supply.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
For samples and selected raw materials, returns or refunds may not be accepted. Please contact our team prior to purchase if clarification is required on eligibility.
6. Laboratory Reports & Testing
Laboratory documentation for bulk products is available upon request. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing.
Independent third-party laboratory testing can be arranged at additional cost. Lead times depend on laboratory availability and testing requirements.
7. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- Debit or credit card via our website (all major cards accepted, excluding American Express)
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
Where payment has been made by bank transfer, refunds will be issued as store credit for use against future orders.
9. Product Variability
Due to the nature of raw materials and manufacturing processes, minor variation in colour, texture, or appearance may occur between batches. These variations are normal within bulk manufacturing and do not affect product quality.
10. Quantity Tolerance
Bulk supply quantities are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. Variations of up to ±5% of ordered quantities are considered acceptable within industry practice.
11. Delivery Responsibility
Once goods have been dispatched from our facility, delivery timelines fall under the responsibility of the courier service provider.
12. Force Majeure
British VitaTech shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances outside of our control, including supply chain disruption, courier delays, raw material shortages, or regulatory changes.
