Scope decides what each certificate proves. We make everything we sell in our Leicester facility. Capsules, gummies, pouches and liquids fall inside our HACCP and GMP scope, so those formats are GMP certified, and our ISO 9001 scope includes cosmetics. FDA registration is a food facility registration, not an approval or a certification; FDA issues no certificate of registration, and brands receive our registration number in our quality pack.
Halal, vegan, organic, kosher and Informed Sport certification are arranged for your product with the relevant certification body. Our quality pack holds copies of our BSI certificates, a HACCP summary and a worked traceability example, shared under confidentiality. Quality system facts
- Every batch is tested by accredited partner laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025) as part of every order, then released by quality control against its specification; nothing is dispatched without quality control sign-off.
- We run a HACCP study for each product type, reviewed annually, and labels are verified on every batch as the critical control point.
- Suppliers are approved before any material is used and reviewed every year.
- An allergen management plan, with yellow colour coding, controls allergens in production.
- We keep three retained samples per batch for shelf life plus one year.
- A full mock recall, forward and backward with mass balance, runs in seconds.
R&D and formats
Bespoke development is our model: any legal product can be developed, and we take on programmes larger than ourselves, with our partner network of laboratories and ingredient specialists behind us.
