Bespoke Shilajit Supplement Manufacturing
Himalayan shilajit, specified by what it contains.
Shilajit quality varies more than almost any other ingredient. We specify it by fulvic acid content and test every batch for heavy metals. Then we build it into resin, capsules, powders, gummies or blends to your brief, made under GMP to a formula you own.
Whether you want a pure resin for a single-ingredient brand, capsules for convenience or a gummy that hides the taste, we develop it around your customer and test it batch by batch.
What is Himalayan shilajit?
Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin that seeps from high-altitude rock, used in Ayurvedic tradition for centuries. Its main active fraction is fulvic acid, alongside other humic substances and minerals. Because it forms in rock, raw shilajit can carry heavy metals, and it needs purification and testing before it goes anywhere near a product.
Purification typically means dissolving the raw material in water, filtering out rock and debris, and drying it gently to a resin or powder. How well that’s done shows up in the fulvic acid content, the heavy metal results and the taste.
Shilajit built to your brief
Pure resin, or a blend with other adaptogens and nootropics, in the format your customers prefer. We standardise every product to the fulvic acid content you specify, whether you are moving from a white label shilajit or building your first.
Brands also build blends around it, with ingredients such as lion’s mane, Panax ginseng, rhodiola or, where the market allows, ashwagandha.
Your formula is yours. The formula, its specification and its data belong to you.
Our shilajit manufacturing services include:
-
Pure Himalayan shilajit resin
Standardised to the fulvic acid content you specify, purified and tested for heavy metals, for brands that want a single-ingredient product.
-
Blended formulations
Shilajit with ingredients such as rhodiola or Panax ginseng, with ashwagandha checked market by market, and a flavour system to carry the blend.
-
Dosage formats
Resin, capsules, powders, gummies and drops, or a format nobody has made yet, chosen for how your customers will take it.
Research and Development
Shilajit is hard to formulate well. It is intensely bitter, its fulvic acid content swings between harvests, and it resists stable gummy and capsule formats. That is the work: flavour systems that carry it, standardisation across batches, and formats that hold their specification to expiry.
Resin needs the right consistency to portion cleanly, powders need flow aids that don’t dilute the dose, and gummies need a base that holds a strongly flavoured active without losing texture or stability.
Choosing a shilajit format
Resin is the traditional form and the one many customers look for, but it needs careful portioning and a pack that keeps air and moisture out. Capsules and powders are easier to dose, travel well and suit blends. Gummies hide the taste and bring new customers to the category, but they are the hardest to keep stable. Drops carry the extract in a liquid for flexible dosing.
Every lot of shilajit is specified to your requirements and verified on arrival, before it goes into production, so what goes into your product matches your specification. We help you choose the format that suits your customers, your price point and your claims.
Quality and compliance
Made under GMP and HACCP certification in our ISO 9001 certified facility. Every batch is tested for heavy metals, including lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic, plus fulvic acid content and microbiology, with certificates of analysis you can share.
Retailers and marketplaces often ask for these results before they list a shilajit product, so we make them easy to share.
Every batch:
-
Heavy metal testing
Lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic, tested on every batch against the legal limits for each market you sell in.
-
Made under GMP
Production, testing and release follow our GMP and HACCP certified systems, with a full batch record for every batch.
-
Stability testing
Accelerated and real-time studies set the shelf life on your label, so the fulvic acid content holds to the last day.
Frequently asked questions
How do you control shilajit quality?
Through specification and testing: fulvic acid content, heavy metals and microbiology on every batch, with certificates of analysis you can share.
Which shilajit formats do you make?
Resin, powder, capsules, drops and gummies, or the format your brief calls for.
Can you make shilajit gummies?
Yes. Shilajit’s strong taste and dark colour make it one of the harder gummy builds, so we develop the flavour system and the base together to hold the dose stable to the end of shelf life.
How do you specify fulvic acid content?
We specify the fulvic acid content and the test method together, because results vary with the method used. That way every batch is measured the same way against your specification.
Can shilajit be blended with other ingredients?
Yes. We combine shilajit with other adaptogens and nootropic ingredients, such as rhodiola or Panax ginseng, with ashwagandha checked market by market.
Can shilajit be sold in my market?
Rules differ by market. We check its status, and what can be said about it, for each market you sell in before we formulate.
Who owns the formula?
You do. Your formula, its specification and its data belong to your brand. We keep customers through quality and service, not by holding their formula.
How do I start a shilajit project?
Through the project form. Tell us what you want to make, who it’s for and where you’ll sell it, and we’ll come back to you to talk it through.
