British VitaTech is the bespoke manufacturer for premium wellness brands.

We exist for brands that want a product of their own, not a catalogue item with a new label. We develop each product from the brand’s brief, engineer it with formulation science and make it in our GMP-certified facility in Leicestershire, England. The formula, its specification and its data belong to the brand.

British VitaTech is the trading name of BVT Labs Ltd. We develop and manufacture supplements, functional pouches and skincare for brands in the UK and around the world: capsules, tablets, powders, sachets and stick packs, gummies, liquids, pouches and cosmetics, from the first sample to full production.

Where we make

Our facility in Whetstone, Leicestershire, is ISO 9001 certified by BSI, GMP and HACCP certified and FDA registered, with BRCGS implementation under way and certification expected in early 2027.

Clean-room production, our R&D and quality teams, and fulfilment sit on one site, so a product moves from bench to batch to dispatch without changing hands. Ingredients are specified and verified before use, every batch is tested before release, and each one ships with its certificate of analysis.

Being on one site also means the people who developed your formula work a short walk from the line that makes it, which is how problems get solved quickly.
